At True Path Enerugi, we believe that everyone deserves a space to pause, release, and reconnect with themselves. Life can be demanding, especially for those who spend much of their time caring for or supporting others, and it’s easy to forget that you, too, need nurturing.

We bring together a blend of training and lived experience to create that space. Reiki Level 1 and 2 qualified practitioners, with a Diploma in Crystal Healing and iPEC Coaching Fundamentals. This combination allows us to support you holistically, restoring balance through Reiki, unlocking the subtle wisdom of crystals, and drawing on coaching tools to help you create sustainable shifts in your life.
